Information we collect
Account details (name, email, mobile), profile information you choose to add (date of birth, gender, address, emergency contact), and technical data such as IP address and device information captured when you consent at registration.
How we use your information
To create and secure your account, show relevant providers near you, remember your saved favourites and recent searches, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal data.
Consent
At registration we record the consent version you accepted, the timestamp and your IP address. You may withdraw consent by closing your account, after which we retain only records required by law.
Health information
Clinical notes created by providers are restricted to the treating physiotherapist, authorised clinic staff and platform administrators. They are stored separately from marketing data and are never used for advertising.
Data storage and security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is controlled through role-based permissions and row-level security policies, and privileged actions are recorded in an audit trail.
Sharing
We share information with a provider only when you engage with them, and with service partners such as payment and communication providers strictly to deliver the service.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your profile data from your account, or request a copy by writing to support@physion.world.
