By creating an account or using Physion you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Your account
One person may hold one patient account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Nature of the service
Physion is a discovery platform that connects patients with independent physiotherapists and clinics. We are not a healthcare provider and do not give medical advice. Clinical decisions rest with the treating professional.
Provider listings
Providers are listed after document verification, but Physion does not guarantee outcomes of treatment. Report inaccurate listing information to support@physion.world.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, scrape data, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
Future paid services
Appointment booking, payments and cancellation or refund rules will be governed by additional terms published when those features launch.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Physion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or from care delivered by a listed provider.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru having exclusive jurisdiction.
